Review: Unbreak Me by Julieanne Lynch

Unbreak Me Unbreak Me by Julieanne Lynch
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Disclaimer: I was given this book as gift and this is my honest opinion

Julieanne Lynch has once again delivered a powerful story for our consumption . After reading a previous book of her's I was bit scared to go on this journey with Unbreak Me. I mean scared in all the great and wonderful ways. With each turn of the page, I had to put the book down and take a deep breath going I am a strong woman she can't make me cry. Why there were moments that would've caused tears, I felt triumphs over impossible situations and frustration as other situations. If you're looking for raw and powerful read then I highly recommend UNBREAK ME

| My Feels & Review |

My Journey with UNBREAK ME was a bit hectic at best. I was given this wonderful book to read, just as I was signing papers for my brand new house, and moving. Which became a bigger pain in the ass that I have ever imagined it would ever be. My goal was to read UNBREAK ME right before bed. Who knew I would be so tired that reading before bed would be a difficult task.

I almost busted my freaking lip trying my damnedest to read this book.

When I did get nice chunks of free time, you know when I wasn’t working, volunteering, mothering, wifing, or maiding. I would freak myself out about the next page. Put the book down going not today LYNCH NOT TODAY!!!!

Back story I read Silently Still, that book wrecked me WRECKED ME I TELL YOU!!

Alas I had to give Julieanne, her day. It was only fair that after all the hard work she put in it, I actually finish the story.

This one had loads of feels, where I can see where some would ugly cry at points I did not! I am actually really happy with my stone cold heart for remaining icy. (It means the ban from all Julieanne Lynch novels has been removed from my house)

This book is not for the weak. If certain things in life trigger you, Just walk the hell away. This book is real, it's raw and you will love the characters at time and other times want to kick their fucking asses.

Connor and Molly are freaking awesome together, I love how they uplift each other. When they are apart they are a fucking mess. Where Molly has reason behind hers and isn’t one for being a victim, I still wanted to smack a bitch.

Connor holy hell, I wanted to stab him with his silver freaking spoon, when he wasn’t with Tess.

You know what it was real, cause I loved these two and I disliked these two. I flip and flop over my emotions towards them so much, it made my head hurt, and my heart break. That there is LIFE.

Julieanne Lynch has yet to fail me on bring real life to her books.

Now My favorite part of book wasn’t actually really part of the story. This book takes place in the states. Julieanne is Born and Bred Irish. Every once in awhile there would be a sentence structure, or a phrase, that wasn’t american, that I would giggle over. I know stupid right, but I loved it all the more. I didn’t mind it at all. I am sure most would never notice it. I more and likely notice it because I stalk Julieanne Lynch on the daily. She is really killing it on arm days.

I ran off somewhere in the middle of all that, alas these are my true and unfiltered thoughts on UNBREAK ME, without spoilers.

If you like your books Real, Erotic at times, shattering, and on your toes. Then I highly recommend this book. Get it for yourself, Get it for your sister, hold your book group hostage until they agree to read it. If you cry it’s okay, you don’t want to be heartless like me.
